Join in for an exciting adventure through town. Registration begins at noon.
Registration begins at 12:00 PM – Event begins at 1:00 PM
In this type of event, participants will be given a step-by-step set of directions at the beginning of the event, telling them where to go and which way to turn. Along the way, special instructions may instruct the participants to find a specific item (i.e. a persimmon), which is where the scavenger hunt element comes into play. In addition, a series of questions will be included with the directions that participants must answer along the route. At the conclusion of the event, the winners will be determined based on several factors, including the number of scavenger hunt items found, the number of questions answered correctly, and the ability to finish the course in the predetermined time. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners. Begins in front parking lot of Mitchell High School and ends in the back parking lot.

There are two ways to enter:

2. Live Audition – 5 pm – 7 pm – September 8, 2022 at the Mitchell High School.
Deadline for entry September 6, 2022.
You must provide your own music on a CD and lyrics at your audition. No lead vocals accepted on the track. Contestants may use their own instruments or sing a cappella. Maximum song length is 4 minutes. All contestant music performed in the finals must be judge approved. Contestants who make it to the finals will be performing live on the Main Street Stage on September 19, 2022. Parental permission is required for all minors.
