General Regulations
All Lawrence County Health Department rules will be followed.
Pursuant to City of Mitchell ordinances the following have been banned:
PETS: NO DOGS, SNAKES, CATS, OR ANY OTHER ANIMAL. SERVICE ANIMALS MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION PAPERS.
NO SKATEBOARDS, BIKES, SCOOTERS AND SKATES.
NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS UNLESS IN DESIGNATED AREA.

“Persimmon Festival” and “Mitchell Persimmon Festival” are trademarks of the Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce. Use of these names for commercial purposes, including merchandise, advertising, promotional materials, or products for sale, requires prior written authorization from the Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce.
