Tony Campolo is professor emeritus of sociology at Eastern University, a former faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, and the founder and president of the Evangelical Association for the Promotion of Education.

Over his many years of Christian service, Tony has boldly challenged millions of people all over the world to respond to God’s boundless love by combining personal discipleship, evangelism and social justice.

Founder and President of the Evangelical Association for the Promotion of Education, Campolo has worked to create, nurture and support programs for “at-risk” children in cities across North America, and has helped establish schools and universities in several developing countries.

Campolo speaks about 350 different times each year around the world for a wide variety of groups including churches, colleges, youth groups and the business community. He also serves as a guest contributor on many television news shows.

He has written more than 35 books, blogs regularly at his website, redletterchristians.org, and can also be found on both Facebook and Twitter.

Campolo and his wife Peggy live near Philadelphia and have two grown children and four grandchildren.
